Refurbishment of a number of residential properties owned by Manchester Airport Group. The properties had fallen into disrepair and required significant internal works to bring them upto an acceptable standard for the residential rental market.

Works included internal strip out, damp proofing, plastering, electrical upgrades, new kitchens, new bathrooms, new flooring and window replacement.
