SPC were commissioned to undertake Project Management and Quantity Surveying Duties for a new Bank Fashion Store at Middlebrook Retail Park. Works included strip out of the existing finished back to shell and core and complete internal fit out of circa 6230 square feet of prime retail space.

The main deliverable for the client was to have a fully functioning store able to trade ahead of the Christmas period which required a compressed programme of works.
The store was delivered ahead of programme with all outstanding snags completed within one week of handover.
